Samsung – Samsung new HDTV & Note 3 damaged after update

I bought a new Samsung UN55-6300AFXZA and NOTE 3 in February 2014. The NOTE 3 was great for 1 month then a forced OTA of Kitkat corrupted the phone causing a multitude of issues. Then a forced update was sent on October 9,2014 to my Samsung HDTV corrupting the PCB Main Assay Board. The picture turned pink. When I asked their e-remote tech service what the service menu default settings and what the letters/numbers indicated, they either had no clue or refused to say telling me I didn’t need to know. They were changing settings in the service menu of my HDTV and I do need to know what they are doing. I asked what the default service menu front color U-T-CL-M61 stood for and they acted like I was asking for top secret government info. It took 2 years to find out my Note 1 purchased in 2012 had been damaged the day I bought it by the person who set it up at AT&T. Now 2 Samsung products bought in arly 2014 were extremely damaged by the first update. I will never buy Samsung products again.
